Dr. Grace DeCuir is the Pastor of the Holy Deliverance Pentecostal Church in Pasadena, California. Pastor Grace, as she is affectionately known, was ordained by her father, Prophet Rogers G. DeCuir in September 1999. Pastor Grace was appointed Senior Pastor in February 2015 and continues the legacy of her father. She is a woman after God's own heart, seeking to lead the people of God by providing strategies and tools to empower the Church to be efficient in the Word of God, and ministry of intercession and deliverance. Also, Pastor Grace began a series of bible studies that has illuminated biblical principles. Several times within a year, Pastor Grace will lead the congregation into a time of Prayer and Fasting concluding with a Victory Service where miracles, signs, and healing are manifested.
“Let Benjamin Go, Release Your Past, Reclaim Your Present, And Rejoice In Your Future” is the book that Pastor Grace has authored that ministers to hurting individuals seeking healing, direction, and relief from pain. Truly God has appointed and anointed Pastor Grace to help people reach their destiny through God’s love with a message of Healing and Hope through the word of God. Her ministry ushers in an atmosphere of Praise, Worship, Deliverance, and encourages individuals to pursue God’s healing power as they lie out, empty out, and release past and present issues In His Presence.
In 2010 Pastor Grace started a prayer line where men and women of all ages could call in for prayer, instruction, direction, guidance, and the spoken word of God. This prayer ministry continued to grow and in February 2011, Pastor Grace hosted the first Intercession and Healing Prayer Breakfast, providing an opportunity for the participants on the Prayerline to meet, fellowship, and intercede for the people of God. Each year this prayer ministry continued to grow. Within 5 years, the Prayer Breakfast had over 200 attendees. Pastor Grace now hosts an Intercession and Healing Prayer Conference including a Friday night of Intercession and Prayer and the Saturday Prayer Breakfast.

Every fifth Saturday Pastor Grace leads a team of volunteers into the “highways and hedges” and the local area to feed the homeless and share the good news of the gospel! The outreach continues every year with the “Back to School Festival’ where children are blessed with school supplies, food and outdoor activities including a water slide, games and face painting. The festival culminates with a “prayer of covering.”
In August of 2019 she received her Doctor of Divinity degree and is continuing her education to the next level! Pastor Grace leads a full life as Senior Pastor of Holy Deliverance, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and holds an executive management position in the mental health industry.
